Our client a dynamic nursing home group has an opportunity for a Head of Group Quality, Compliance & ESG

What You'll Be Doing
Quality & Compliance Leadership
Strengthen and develop clinical quality assurance programs to drive excellence in patient care.
Enhance existing processes and identify areas for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Qualifications
A qualification or experience in Quality and Compliance (essential).
Strong communication to present to medical and non-medical staff, including senior nursing teams, carers, residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Proven experience in engaging with regulatory bodies and managing audits.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in digital and electronic systems for reporting and compliance.
Desirable: A nursing qualification, a degree-level education, or completed training in presentation skills.
Skills & Attributes
High degree of self-motivation with evidence of ongoing professional development.
Excellent administration and structured approach to processes.
Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information concisely.
