Operations Manager - Healthcare

Cpl Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager for a fixed term contract with a specialist HSE service in South Dublin. This service provides a dedicated patient treatment service, patient care, research and education within the specialist oncology area. 

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the successful candidate will have responsibility for the achievement of excellence in the delivery of quality driven operational services, including the development of measurable performance indicators across 3 key Dublin sites. You will deputise in the COO absence and develop key working relationships with other Senior Managers. 

This is an initial 6-month locum contract with significant opportunities for career development. 

To be considered for the role the following criteria will apply: 

• It would be desirable, though not essential for candidates to possess a third level qualification. 

• The ideal candidate should have three to five years operational experience in a similar or comparable role.

• Customer service skills, attention to detail and financial acuity are highly desirable.

Grade VII salary scale is applicable for this role.
