Job Specification: General Practitioner (GP) - Donegal
Location: County Donegal, Ireland
Start Date: Flexible

Role Overview
As a GP at our practice, you will provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient population. You will be supported by a multidisciplinary team including nurses, administrative staff, and allied health professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a friendly, progressive practice in one of Ireland's most scenic and welcoming counties.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day clinical care to patients including consultations, chronic disease management, and preventative care
* Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to best practices in clinical documentation
* Participate in on-call rota (if applicable)
* Collaborate with practice staff to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care
* Contribute to clinical meetings, audits, and practice development initiatives
Essential Requirements
* Full registration with the Irish Medical Council (IMC)
* MRCGP, MICGP, or equivalent qualification
* Valid professional indemnity insurance
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Commitment to patient-centred care and ongoing professional development
Desirable
* Experience working in rural or community-based settings
* Familiarity with Irish primary care systems (e.g. GMS, Healthlink, etc.)
* Special interests (e.g., women's health, minor surgery, paediatrics) are welcomed and supported
