General Practitioner

Are you a South African-trained General Practitioners who are interested in relocating to Ireland for an exciting career and specialisation opportunity.

?? You’ll need:

* A completed internship in South Africa from 1st July 2006 onwards (the 2-year internship format)

* At least 36 months of experience working as a GP after internship

* To have started or be willing to start IMC registration (I can assist with this!)

?? What’s on offer:

* A place on a 2-year structured specialisation programme in a rural or semi-rural clinic setting

* Ongoing mentorship and clinical development

* Completion of the programme leads to MICGP (Membership of the Irish College of General Practitioners)

* Once completed, you’ll be eligible for the Specialist Division of the Irish Medical Council

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain international experience and formal recognition as a GP Specialist in Ireland’s healthcare system.
