• Develop, implement, and oversee nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Supervise, mentor, and manage nursing staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and policies.
• Monitor patient care quality and implement improvement strategies as needed.
• Lead the hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions of nursing staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and administrative teams to optimize patient care.
• Address and resolve patient and family concerns effectively.
• Oversee infection control, patient safety programs, and risk management initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to patient care and nursing operations.
• Develop and manage the nursing department budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid NMBI registration and PIN
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nursing standards, healthcare regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
