Agency Community Nurse

Clarity Locums are looking for Agency Community Nurses based in Portlaoise, Co. Laois.

You will join the Continence Service Team with specific training and interest in urology catheter care.

Please note : this role is 37.5 hours and is Monday-Friday Applypm. Training will also be provided.

Requirements for agency nurses:

Positive attitude

Recent experience in working in general hospitals

Ability to take initiative

Excellent communication skills

Provide high quality healthcare to ensure patient safety and work within scope of practice at all times

Patient reporting in a timely manner and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation

Participate as a team member in all aspects of resident’s/patient care.

Show motivation and assume responsibility for professional self-development including presenting up-to-date compliance documents

Following policies, protocols and guidelines in accordance with healthcare facilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in General Nursing (Required)

Valid RGN Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland registration (Required)

A full drivers license is essential for this role (Essential)

Must have experience with Urology Catheter care (Mandatory)
