Orthopaedic Clinical Support Specialist

We are presently recruiting for a Orthopaedic Clinical Support Specialist for our clients, a leading Medical Equipment company to cover Leinster. You will be an experienced medical sales professional and will work closely with Key Decision Makers in the marketplace and their multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring that the company maintains and attains key market share. This will require you to attend and provide support at relevant theatre cases, educating and promoting products to decision makers. This is a permanent, full-time position, field based to cover Leinster.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Territory Sales Manager and working with the wider Orthopaedic Joints team.
• Develop and maintain a broad understanding and experience of all aspects of support process.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive and up to date specialist technical knowledge.
• Maintains certification (e.g. DePuy accreditation) and ensures continued professional development (CPD) requirements are consistently met.
• Responsible for a variety of customers within own market
• Provide appropriate clinical and technical support.
• Establish in-depth relationships with customers.
• Develop relationships with external bodies.
• Provide support and input into tendering process as required.

• Degree educated, with a clinical qualification with previous relevant experience is essential.
• A willingness to work in a clinical support role and to cover Leinster
• 2+ years' experience in a medical sales environment.
• A full clean, driving Licence
