Homecare Nurse Manager

Cpl Healthcare is delighted to have partnered with one of Ireland’s most prominent providers of high-quality nursing, home care and healthcare services to recruit for the role of Registered Nurse Manager.

With a prestigious history in the sector and well-established links with numerous national healthcare organizations the successful will be accountable for clinical governance and oversight, ensuring that service levels are consistent and maintained to the highest standard. Responsibilities will also extend to the development and updating of all required policies and procedures within the company for the safe and effective care of the clients.

This is a full time position based in Wexford town with the expectation to travel to national office as required.

To be considered for the role the following criteria apply:

• Registered Nurse on relevant active NMBI register.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Nursing Management Role (within Home Care industry is distinct advantage)
• Full Driver’s license & Access to Vehicle
• Attention to Detail
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent organisational & Time Management Skills
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
