Clinical Nurse Manager, Cork

Cpl Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered nurse for the role of Clinical Nurse Manager at a 127 bed nursing home in West Cork.  

The successful candidate will be joining a MDT at this retirement complex which includes independent living apartments and a GP surgery. Central to the role of the successful candidate will be ensuring the creation of an atmosphere of freedom and independence in which residents can recover or retain their abilities and self-confidence.

To be considered for the role, the following criteria apply: 

• Nursing experience : Minimum 2 years in nursing home in Ireland with minimum of 5 years nursing experience.

• Management Experience: Preferably has SSN or CNM experience already but not essential as can be trained into this role.

• Communication skills: High level of English

• Specialty: an interest in a particular area of nursing with courses undertaken: eg gerontology, infection control, dementia

• Eligible to work in Ireland.
