Role Overview

As part of the Public Health Nursing (PHN) team, you will work within Primary Care, delivering comprehensive client care alongside multi-disciplinary teams. The role operates Monday to Friday 9-5pm.

Active NMBI registration

Minimum 1-year post-registration experience in acute settings
