Private Hospital in Dublin is looking for Emergency DepartmentClinical Nurse Manager II & III(Full time—Permanent )

Requirements:

· Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses maintained by NMBI (essential)

· Have 5 years post registration experience in an acute setting. (essential)

· Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in a Emergency Department setting. (essential)

· Hold a Post Graduate course in Emergency Nursing. (essential)

· Have a minimum of 1 year’s management experience (essential).

· Have completed a management training programme (desirable)

· A proven ability to plan, deliver and evaluate care provision in the emergency department

· Have good IT skills with proficiency in the use of all relevant applications.

· Have excellent communication & leadership skills with the ability to positively engage with staff and patients

· Have a proven ability to work under pressure

· Have an ability to deal with staff at all levels within the organisation
