Job Description
Salary Details: €16 - €20 DOE
On behalf of our Client, we are recruiting an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a well-established Independent Pharmacy in Portlaoise, Co. Laois
The role is permanent and flexible, requires working 5 or 4 days a week. No Sundays, Bank Holidays or late nights are required. The system used is MPS.
Store Opening Hours:
- Monday to Friday 9- 6
- Saturday 9.30 - 6
- Sundays and Bank Holiday closed
- Customer-focused - handling queries both on the phone and instore
- Dispensing Prescriptions
- Blister packs
- End-of-month claims
- Manage dispensary stock
- Receiving and sending pharmacy orders
- Calling doctors with queries on patient medication interactions
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous Irish retail pharmacy experience is essential
- Good knowledge of pharmacy products
- Can work independently as well as part of a team
- Diligent
