Staff Nurse

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Staff Nurse to join a Nursing Home in Co. Limerick.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide person-centered nursing care to residents in line with the nursing home's policies and HIQA standards.

* Conduct comprehensive assessments, create care plans, and review them regularly to meet individual resident needs.

* Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, adhering to regulatory and clinical guidelines.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

* Ensure compliance with infection control, health and safety, and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements

* Active NMBI registration (essential).

* Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in Ireland, preferably in an older persons' care or similar setting (desirable).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
