Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and experienced A&E Nurse from the United Kingdom to join our client’s private hospital on a beautiful Caribbean island. A&E Nurse Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality emergency medical care to patients in a fast-paced environment.
Triage patients efficiently and accurately based on medical urgency.
Perform advanced clinical procedures such as IV insertion, wound care, and emergency resuscitation.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards, ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
A&E Nurse Qualifications:
Registered Emergency Room Nurse (RN) qualification from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in emergency medicine.
Currently a member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) from the United Kingdom.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is desirable.
Strong clinical skills and ability to handle high-stress situations.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
