Our client an established Organisation in Dublin is currently recruiting a qualified Occupational Health Nurse to work on site in the Dublin Southwest Area.

Requirements:

* A recognised qualification in Occupational Health is essential for this role.

* Registered General Nurse with a valid NMBI registration

* Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal, empathy and listening skills.

* Strong organisational and planning skills including time management with proven track record of prioritizing key tasks and delivery to a high professional standard.

* Strong team member with proven ability to establish and maintain effective working people relationships.

* Minimum of 2 years plus of experience in occupational health nursing.


Occupational Health Nurse duties:
* Case management triage for all HR referrals, with OHN initial assessment and booking into OP diary. OP visits half day per week.
* Health surveillance - 2 yearly recalls
* Vision assessment - annually
* Work related injury follow up
* First aiders are good and manage onsite treatment. OHN supports only when requested by FA.
* Flu clinics annually
* Nurse does all their own admin for all appointments.
