Agency Healthcare Assistant - South Dublin

This is an exciting opportunity for any Healthcare Assistant interested in new ways to gain experience and challenge themselves in a new healthcare setting.

Responsibilities of this Healthcare Assistant job:

• Work under the supervision of nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
• Assist and support patients with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, etc. in an acute or nursing home setting.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of patient rooms and common areas, following safety guidelines and infection control procedures to a high standard.

Requirements of this Healthcare Assistant job:

• Minimum QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent with completed modules in Care Skills and Care of the Elderly as well as required HSELand certifications.
• Up to date Patient Manual Handling
• Great communication, organization, interpersonal and observation skills.
• Previous experience working in a healthcare setting is required.
• Good written and spoken English.
