Social care Manager - Separated Children

Cpl Healthcare is delighted to announce their partnership with a reputable service, who’s mission it is to assist young people in reaching their full potential and integrate into the community. Due to our client’s expansion, we are currently recruiting for the role of Social Care Manager. The chosen candidate will lead a team of social care workers and leaders in providing care for separated children seeking international protection.

To be considered for the role, interested applicants must meet the following criteria:

·      The centre manager must have minimum QQI level 7 qualification in social care and hold or be enrolled in a programme leading to a management qualification suitable for a health or social care setting and 4 years’ full time work experience in a children’s residential care setting post qualification.

·      Alternatively, the manager may hold a QQI level 8 qualification in social care with 3 years’ post qualification work experience in a children’s residential care setting.

·      Full Clean Driver’s License preferred
