Job Description
Senior Speech & Language Therapist
Location: Hybrid – Onsite in Clare, Limerick & North Tipperary
Contract: Full-time, 1-year initial contract
Experience Required: 3+ years
Work Environment: Mix of clinic, community, and remote work (1–2 days from home)
About the Role:
Are you an experienced Senior Speech & Language Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity in autism assessment? Join our client's specialist Multidisciplinary Autism Assessment Team, working alongside a Senior Psychologist and Senior Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive ASD diagnostic assessments for children and families across Clare, Limerick, and North Tipperary.
This role offers the chance to work in home, clinic, school, and community settings, ensuring families receive high-quality, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities:
?? Conduct ASD diagnostic assessments using ADI-R & ADOS tools
?? Provide structured feedback and recommend interventions
?? Work collaboratively with families, schools, and professionals
?? Ensure compliance with PSI, DSM-V & ICD-11 diagnostic criteria
?? Maintain high-quality clinical records and reports
What You Need:
- CORU registration as a Speech & Language Therapist
- 3+ years of experience as an SLT (Senior Level)
- Certification & experience with ADI-R & ADOS assessments
- Up-to-date training in GDPR, Children First, Consent, & Health & Safety
- Strong planning & organisational skills
