Occupational Health Nurse Role Clonmel

Cpl Healthcare is seeking applications for the role of an experienced nurse for an Occupational Health Division for a large healthcare technologies company with healthcare products in medical devices, nutritional products and generic medications.

The role is full time seeking 39 hours per week.

The role will require you to assist and facilitate the maintenance of an effective Occupational Health management system that complies with legislative requirements, technical and management standards & GOHS requirements. 

Client is willing to consider experienced nurses who may not have the educational OH qualification but would be willing to complete and clear core modules of training for the post, provided by the client.

Requirements;

• (NFQ) level 7 in a relevant discipline and 2+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Working knowledge and application of business concepts, procedures and practices. Will perform this job in a quality system environment. Failure to adequately perform tasks can result in noncompliance with governmental regulations.
• (Cognitive Skills) Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• (Influence/Leadership) Cultivates a wide range of internal networks and begins to develop an external network of resources to facilitate completion of tasks
• (Planning/Organisation) Plans, organises, and prioritises own daily work routine to meet established schedule.
• (Decision Making/Impact) Exercises authority and judgment within defined limits to determine appropriate action.
