General Nurse

The Role

As an Acute Nurse, you’ll be required to work in hospitals or emergency care settings. Your responsibilities will be aimed at providing immediate and specialised care to patients with acute or severe medical conditions. Your duties include assessing patients' conditions upon admission, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and coordinating with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans. You’ll also be required to respond swiftly to changes in patients' conditions, offering life-saving interventions when necessary. Additionally, you’ll provide emotional support to patients and their families during times of crisis and maintain meticulous records of patient care. You’ll use your expertise and quick decision-making skills to help stabilise patients and ensure their well-being.
