Home Support Manager (Nurse)

We are seeking a dedicated Homecare Manager to oversee the planning and implementation of homecare assessments and care plans for both potential and current Homecare Clients. This pivotal role involves visiting clients at their homes and managing healthcare assistants who support these clients.

Key Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with an active pin
• Proficient in written and oral communication with a keen eye for detail and strong IT skills
• Team management experience is essential
• Background in Allied Health Care or Nursing
• Proficient in developing and delivering care needs
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Willingness to enhance skill set as necessary
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in Community Homecare is advantageous
